About This Role
Join our award-winning training organisation as a Senior Bricklaying Instructor. We are looking for an experienced masonry professional to lead our Level 2-3 bricklaying programmes and mentor junior trainers. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your expertise with the next generation of construction professionals.
Qualifications
CITB Level 3 or equivalent
Teaching qualification (IOSH or similar)
First Aid at Work certificate
Responsibilities
Deliver Level 2-3 bricklaying courses
Assess student progress and provide feedback
Develop course materials and lesson plans
Maintain training equipment and workspace
Mentor junior trainers and apprentices
Contribute to curriculum development
